Both Labinfy and Formulamix were created to scale your operations with you. In other words, you can adjust the necessary quantities and pay according to your growth. At any point during your subscription, you can increase the number of registered samples or users – if it’s in the middle of the current subscription, the cost will be prorated so that all items have the same end date for the subscription term.

Frequently Asked Questions about Pricing and Plans
The contract period depends on the chosen subscription term. If you opt for monthly payments, there is no minimum contract duration, and you can cancel your plan at any time. For annual subscriptions, the contract period is 12 months, meaning there is an upfront payment for 12 months. Both plans can be extended indefinitely after the current subscription period ends.
Choosing this option means one of our consultants will provide technical and strategic support, considering the best practices for your company and the available infrastructure. Meetings will be scheduled online, and the total duration of the implementation project depends on the complexity of the existing infrastructure and required specifications. Based on our experience, the complete implementation (from installation to ERP integrations) can be achieved in up to 2 weeks
Switching plans is straightforward, and you can do it directly within the product or contact one of our consultants. For more information on guidelines, rules, and new charges, please refer to our Payment Policy.
Subscription fees for Labinfy or Formulamix can be paid by credit card on all plans or by boleto and PIX (both Brazil-only) for Growth and Pro plans with annual subscriptions. All transactions are secure. For customers outside Brazil, we accept payment by invoice (wire transfer) only when the acquisition amount exceeds USD 2,000.
In the cloud-based model, there are no additional fees—subscription fees, whether monthly or annual, already include initial implementation support, a 2-hour online training session with the team, and continuous support. There are no other fees applied to your monthly or annual subscription.
For on-premise deployment, due to the customized work and necessary adaptations to the client’s infrastructure, we charge a fixed onboarding fee. Consult our team to determine the correct fee for your environment. We also recommend evaluating the minimum installation requirements for Labinfy and Formulamix in the on-premise environment.
You can try Labinfy or Formulamix for 15 days, and there will be no charges during this period. We do not request credit card information, and there is no automatic charge after the trial week. If, at the end of the trial, you wish to subscribe to any version of the software you are using, you can do so in two ways: subscribe online or through one of our team members, who will help you choose the ideal plan for your company.
